Not a meal plan. A set of answers for the places you actually end up.

Weeknights

Dinner in twenty minutes

Five dinners for the nights with two practices and no plan. Every one feeds six, hits thirty grams of protein in your portion, and comes with what it actually costs. Two of these a week instead of two drive thru nights pays a tournament fee.

Weekends

The road map

The continental breakfast ranked best to worst. The concession stand in order of operations. The gas station page you will use every single trip. And the twenty minute grocery stop that turns a mini fridge into your whole weekend.

You

Fifteen minutes, one band

Two hotel room sessions with nothing that thuds on the floor below you, plus a six minute version for the morning the first game moves up an hour. And the three things to hold when the whole week falls apart.

"I was standing in my kitchen at nine twenty on a Thursday doing the math on the weekend. And the weekend had not even started yet."

I have five kids and every one of them plays something. So I know the Thursday where you are already empty, the Saturday that runs nine hours, and the Sunday night where there are three bags of gear on the kitchen floor and school in eleven hours.

I have been coaching moms for eight years and worked with more than five hundred of them. But I did not build this from theory. I built it because I needed it, and then I paid attention to what actually held up across a whole season instead of one good week.
